Swim with the Orcas

Orcas Swim Club is dedicated to providing high-quality fitness and competitive swimming programs for individuals of all ages.

Club owner and head coach, Mia Russell has over 30 years of coaching experience, being a national-level swimmer herself, as well as

being the National Coach for the South African team at the 2022 Maccabiah Games in Israel.

Mia has coached all levels of swimmers from beginners to elite, with her top swimmers making the South African Junior Nationals team. She has also worked and lived in 35 countries around the world, running swimming holidays in some of the world's most beautiful swimming locales.

Located in the state-of-the-art aquatic center at Herzlia High School, Orcas Swim Club offers an inclusive environment where community engagement is key.

We aim to create not just champions, but a supportive family atmosphere that motivates and inspires every member to succeed.
